Working closely with the North East Economic Summit Implementation Committee, we;

Reviewed the Recommendations of the 1^st and 2^nd North East Economic Summits. Undertook wide-ranging consultations with key Stakeholders including the State Governments, relevant Federal Government Ministers and Ministries, key Nigeria’s Development Partners, CSO, Youths and Women Groups, etc to produce an Inception Report on how to address the short-term security and other challenges of the North East Region; and a more medium-long-term development strategy, the North East States Transformation Strategy (NESTS)
